10 aircraft and a ground station: the Ukrainian “Bebradrone” UAV, manufactured by our company, has been assigned a designation by the Ministry of Defense
Ukrainian technology company BlueBird Tech has received codification from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine not only for the Bebradron drone itself, but also for the complete Bebradron unmanned aircraft system (UAS).
The system includes 10 fixed-wing UAVs, ground control equipment, a pneumatic launcher, and equipment for preparing the aircraft for flight. The Bebradron UAS can now be officially procured for the needs of Ukraine’s Defence Forces using state funds.
The Bebradron UAS is an integrated solution combining unmanned aircraft with all the equipment required for their deployment in field conditions. This format allows military units to receive a turnkey system for combat missions instead of purchasing separate components.
What Is Included in the Bebradron UAS
The Bebradron UAS comprises 10 Bebradron fixed-wing strike UAVs, the Vishchun-NS3 control system, a pneumatic launcher, a balancing stand, a remote controller, a mast, and a spare parts kit.
The Vishchun-NS3 control system is designed to deploy a ground communications node. It has an operating range of up to 45 km and can operate autonomously for up to six hours.
The pneumatic launcher enables UAV launches in field conditions, while the balancing stand helps prepare each aircraft for flight after its payload has been installed.
Key Specifications of the Bebradron Fixed-Wing UAV
The UAVs included in the system have the following specifications:
- тактический радиус — до 45 км;
- продолжительность полёта — не менее 30 минут;
- полезная нагрузка — до 7,5 кг;
- максимальная скорость — до 150 км/ч.
The reliable fixed-wing design enables medium-range missions, including engaging enemy positions, equipment, and personnel relatively deep behind enemy lines.
