Terms of Use for BlueBird Tech Mobile Application

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BlueBird Tech mobile application (“App”), provided by TOV “VPF” (Ukraine) (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree — please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
BlueBird Tech is a mobile application designed to interact with BlueBird Tech devices, including IoT hardware (such as “Chujka”), enabling device management, data access, and related digital functionalities.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
2. User Account
Certain features of the App may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- You are responsible for proper and safe use of connected devices

All rights related to the App, including:

- design
- trademarks
- content
are owned by TOV “VPF” or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted operation
- error-free performance
- fitness for your specific purposes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- direct or indirect damages
- loss of data
- loss of profits
- any consequences arising from the use or inability to use the App
