“Chuyka 3.0” is a tri-band portable drone detector designed to detect analog video signals and identify UAVs in real time. “Chuyka 3.0” is an individual device that operates fully automatically and requires no additional configuration, helping users respond to threats in advance and enhance protection.
Functions of the “Chuyka 3.0” ELINT device
- Detection of analog video signals. Operates in three frequency bands: 1.2 GHz / 3.3 GHz / 5.8 GHz.
- High-speed band scanning. A full automatic scanning cycle takes 4–8 seconds.
- Light and sound alerts. When activity is detected, the device provides audible and visual signals, warning the user about a UAV.
- Data visualization on displays. The small screen shows the level and number of detected signals, while the large screen displays the intercepted analog video feed from an FPV drone camera, replicating what the operator sees.
Operating principle of the “Chuyka 3.0” ELINT device
- Immediately after being powered on, the device continuously scans the radio spectrum across three frequency bands.
- It detects active channels and signal strength, and analyzes analog video signals.
- Data is displayed on the small screen, showing signal level and number of detected emissions, while the large screen can display the intercepted analog video feed from an FPV drone camera, when available.
Thanks to its passive operating mode, “Chuyka 3.0” remains completely undetectable to the enemy while providing effective UAV detection at distances of up to 4 km (depending on conditions and antennas used).
