If a portable power station stops charging, discharges quickly, or does not turn on at all, this does not necessarily mean it needs to be replaced. Ukrainian technology company BlueBird Tech has launched a diagnostic and repair service for portable power stations. The company accepts branded power stations regardless of the manufacturer, including products from BlueBird Tech, EcoFlow, Bluetti, Jackery, Anker, GENA, and other brands.
Several service options are available, ranging from the repair of an individual faulty component to the complete restoration of a power station. The service centre accepts devices that do not turn on or charge, fail to retain power, discharge rapidly, have connector issues, or display battery-related errors. Specialists can also work with power stations that have been dropped, exposed to liquids, or previously repaired.
Diagnostics start at UAH 1,000 and take up to two business days. Before the device is submitted for diagnostics, a specialist checks whether the particular model can be repaired and whether the required components are available.
“We understand how important backup power is today and how quickly it may be needed again. The enemy continues to attack Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, so a faulty portable power station means losing the ability to maintain lighting and communications or continue working during power outages. The first step should be to diagnose the device and determine whether it genuinely needs to be replaced or can be restored quickly,” BlueBird Tech service engineers explain.
How to Have a Portable Power Station Diagnosed by BlueBird Tech
The repair process begins with an application in which the customer specifies the brand and model of the power station and describes the malfunction. Photos or videos showing the problem can also be attached where possible.
After the diagnostics are completed, the customer is informed about the cause of the malfunction, the required work, and its cost. Repairs begin only after all details have been approved by the customer. Depending on the complexity of the fault and the availability of spare parts, the repair may take up to two weeks.
The service centre does not accept power stations of unknown origin or devices for which the necessary components cannot be sourced within a reasonable time. Repairs may also be declined if their cost would make restoring the device economically impractical.
