Our Company to Employ Veterans in the Miltech Sector: Memorandum Signed with the All-Ukrainian Veterans Trade Union
BlueBird Tech and the All-Ukrainian Veterans Trade Union have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic partnership. The document provides for long-term cooperation in technology and the professional adaptation of veterans.
The parties will combine their capabilities to implement socially important projects aimed at advancing modern technologies in the miltech sector and creating new opportunities for the professional adaptation of combatants and war veterans.
“After completing their military service, veterans should not be left alone to navigate their return to civilian life and search for new career opportunities. Ukrainians return from service with unique experience, valuable skills, and enormous potential. Our task is to create an environment where they can put these strengths to use. We believe that technology companies should do more than simply talk about supporting veterans — they should create real opportunities for them,” BlueBird Tech emphasizes.
The All-Ukrainian Veterans Trade Union notes that the Memorandum will help expand the network of responsible businesses ready for strategic partnerships and the integration of financial, technological, and expert capabilities to advance veteran policy.
“Ukrainian veterans are individuals with unique experience, discipline, responsibility, and enormous potential. Our task is to systematically transform these qualities into professional, economic, and technological strength for Ukraine. BlueBird Tech is an important partner for us on this path,” explains Yevhen Stepanov, Head of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Combatants, Military Personnel, and War Veterans.
The next step will be the launch of joint initiatives ranging from professional and technological training and knowledge exchange to support for veteran-owned businesses, information projects, and the presentation of Ukrainian technologies.
The goal is to give veterans opportunities to engage directly with businesses and technology companies, acquire new knowledge and skills, find well-paid jobs, launch their own projects, and realize their professional potential.
