Our company and Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University are launching a strategic partnership
As part of its partnership with Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University, BlueBird Tech delivered its first technical lecture for students pursuing engineering and IT degrees. The event brought together 30 students studying engineering and information technology. The lecture was delivered by BlueBird Tech’s Chief Operating Officer, Yurii Faroponov.
During the lecture, students were introduced to modern Ukrainian defense technologies. Particular attention was given to the fixed-wing UAV Bebradrone and the Chuyka drone detector, both of which generated strong interest among the audience.
During the lecture, students not only explored the technical capabilities of the Chuyka drone detector but also saw it in action during a live demonstration.
Beyond the technology demonstrations, the lecture also provided insights into BlueBird Tech’s internal operations. The company’s representative spoke about operational management, organizational structure, and the day-to-day management practices behind a modern defense technology company.
“To strengthen Ukraine’s defense technology sector, it is critical to engage young professionals while they are still at university. Today’s engineering and IT students will be the ones developing the technologies that shape Ukraine’s security future,” said Yurii Faraponov, Chief Operating Officer of BlueBird Tech.
The company says its cooperation with Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University is intended to be a long-term partnership. The strategic collaboration will include educational events, technical lectures, hands-on workshops, and opportunities for students to contribute to real-world defense technology projects.
