Ukrainian defense tech company BlueBird Tech and France’s Galion Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement will deepen cooperation in defense technologies and the development of international partnerships.
Under the agreement, the parties will work together to identify partners in France and other EU countries, attract investment for defense projects, and participate in European Defence Fund (EDF) programs.
“At a time when strengthening Ukraine’s defense industrial base is more important than ever, this cooperation reflects our shared commitment to supporting the security of Ukraine, the EU, and their allies, as well as building strong industrial ties between Ukraine and Europe,” stated representatives of Galion Group.
The partnership combines BlueBird Tech’s engineering expertise in developing defense and dual-use technologies with Galion Group’s extensive network of contacts across the European defense ecosystem. This will enable the Ukrainian technology company to expand its international connections and accelerate the integration of its solutions into Europe’s defense industrial base.

The signing of the memorandum marks another step in BlueBird Tech’s efforts to expand its international presence and develop joint initiatives with European partners.
