The primary delivery method is via Nova Poshta. We also ship via Ukrposhta or Meest Express.

You can choose from several payment options:

• Full Payment:
  Pay for the order in full and collect it at the post office.

• Cash on Delivery:
  Partial prepayment is required. If the item is not in stock, we start the production process. Afterward, we send the item and provide you with the tracking number. To collect the order from the post office, you will need to pay the remaining balance upon receipt.

• Partial Payment:
  Reserve your order, and we begin the production process. Once your order is ready for shipment, you pay the remaining balance. We then send the item and provide you with the tracking number.

Our company processes returns and exchanges in accordance with legal requirements.

Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (for items of proper quality).

Return Delivery:
Return shipping is carried out as per prior agreement.

In accordance with current legislation, you may return or exchange items of proper quality if:

• The item has not been used and shows no signs of use by the consumer, such as scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.
• The item is fully complete, and the factory packaging is intact.
• The item retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.
