“Chuyka 4.0” is a four-band portable drone detector designed for real-time detection of analog video signals and UAV signal identification. “Chuyka 4.0” is a personal device that operates fully automatically, requires no additional configuration, and helps users respond to threats in advance, enhancing protection.
The device is equipped with four antennas, two displays, a video output for connecting an external display device, and an input for connecting an additional or continuous power source.
Functions of the “Chuyka 4.0” ELINT device
- Analog video signal detection. Operates across four frequency bands: 900–1800 MHz / 2870–4080 MHz / 4860–6060 MHz / 6100–8600 MHz (1.2 / 3.3 / 5.8 / 8.5 GHz)
- Extended radio spectrum scanning. The additional fourth antenna (6100–8600 MHz) provides wider spectrum monitoring and expands the ability to detect UAV activity.
- External power connectivity. A dedicated input allows connection to an additional or continuous power source, expanding usage scenarios in stationary and mobile conditions.
- High-speed band scanning. A full automatic scanning cycle across all bands takes 4–8 seconds.
- Visual and audio alerts. When activity is detected, the device emits sound and light signals to warn the user of the presence of a UAV.
- Data visualization on displays. The small screen shows signal strength and the number of detected signals, while the large screen can display intercepted analog FPV video, mirroring what the drone operator sees.
Operating principle of the “Chuyka 4.0”
- Immediately after power-on, the device continuously scans the radio spectrum across four frequency bands.
- It detects active channels and signal levels, and analyzes analog video signals in real time.
- The data is displayed on the small screen, showing signal strength and the number of detected signals, while the large screen, when available, can display intercepted analog video from an FPV drone camera.
Thanks to its passive operating mode, “Chuyka 4.0” remains completely undetectable to the enemy while still providing effective UAV detection at distances of up to 4 km (depending on conditions and antennas).
