Introducing the New CLOVER 5.8 GHz Antenna for Stable Communications
BlueBird Tech is officially launching its new CLOVER 5.8 GHz antennas, designed to transmit and receive radio signals within the 4.9–6.1 GHz frequency range.
The antenna was developed for systems where stable battlefield communications are critical. Its design takes into account the real-world requirements of modern unmanned and radio systems.
Thanks to its cloverleaf design, circular polarisation, and omnidirectional radiation pattern, the CLOVER 5.8 GHz ensures reliable radio-link performance even in dynamic operating conditions.
Despite its compact size, the CLOVER 5.8 GHz offers a wide operating frequency range of 4.9–6.1 GHz, approximately 2 dBic of gain, and weighs only 25 grams. The antenna is equipped with an SMA male connector and an RG402 cable, allowing it to be quickly integrated into various systems, including FPV systems, UAV detection equipment, radio monitoring systems, and measuring equipment.
“We aim to create not just individual components but a technological foundation that users can rely on. The CLOVER 5.8 GHz is the next step in developing BlueBird Tech’s proprietary antenna range: compact, lightweight, and ready for integration into modern radio systems. This will improve the effectiveness of various systems used on the front line,” BlueBird Tech engineers said.
The new antennas are now available for purchase on the official BlueBird Tech website https://www.blue-bird.tech/en/. One antenna costs 480 UAH.
