How service repair works step by step
You describe the problem by phone, through the form on the website, or in the messenger.
The manager specifies the device model, symptoms of the malfunction and gives instructions for sending.
You send the equipment via Nova Poshta using the details provided by the manager (we do not conduct personal receptions).
We conduct paid diagnostics within a specified period. We assess the condition of the electronics, power supply and mechanical elements.
We inform you of what exactly has broken down, what spare parts are needed, how much the repair will cost and how long it will take.
We perform repairs, calibration, and adjustments. We test the device on stands, if necessary, with simulation of real work.
We send the device back together with a certificate of work performed and a warranty for the service.

To ensure that your equipment arrives safely, follow these simple rules:
- Send via Nova Poshta to the branch indicated by the manager.
- Use a rigid box and cushioning materials (film, paper, foam packages).
- Mark the shipment as “fragile”.

Original BlueBird Tech products are covered by a 12-month warranty period, which is calculated from the date of purchase.
During the warranty year, you can contact us for:
- setting adjustments and technical advice;
- diagnostics and elimination of possible factory defects;
- recommendations for optimal operation of the device in field conditions.
Warranty service is performed in accordance with the technical specifications and intended purpose of the product
- we conduct repeated diagnostics;
