How service repair works step by step

Appeal

You describe the problem by phone, through the form on the website, or in the messenger.

Preliminary consultation

The manager specifies the device model, symptoms of the malfunction and gives instructions for sending.

Sending the device

You send the equipment via Nova Poshta using the details provided by the manager (we do not conduct personal receptions).

Diagnostics

We conduct paid diagnostics within a specified period. We assess the condition of the electronics, power supply and mechanical elements.

Work coordination

We inform you of what exactly has broken down, what spare parts are needed, how much the repair will cost and how long it will take.

Repair and testing

We perform repairs, calibration, and adjustments. We test the device on stands, if necessary, with simulation of real work.

Return of the device

We send the device back together with a certificate of work performed and a warranty for the service.

How to hand over
your device to us
and not lose anything along the way

To ensure that your equipment arrives safely, follow these simple rules:

  • Send via Nova Poshta to the branch indicated by the manager.
  • Use a rigid box and cushioning materials (film, paper, foam packages).
  • Mark the shipment as “fragile”.

Warranties from BlueBird Tech after repair

We take a responsible approach to each service and provide a 14-day warranty on the work performed - within the same fault that was fixed.
General Warranty on BlueBird Tech devices

Original BlueBird Tech products are covered by a 12-month warranty period, which is calculated from the date of purchase.

During the warranty year, you can contact us for:

  • setting adjustments and technical advice;
  • diagnostics and elimination of possible factory defects;
  • recommendations for optimal operation of the device in field conditions.

Warranty service is performed in accordance with the technical specifications and intended purpose of the product

What is included in the warranty?
If the same problem occurs again within 14 days of receiving the device, we will:
  • we conduct repeated diagnostics;
  • in case of our error – we eliminate the malfunction for free.
Non-warranty cases
The warranty is not valid if the device has the following signs:
  • mechanical damage (impacts, cracks, broken connectors or antennas);
  • ingress of water, sand, dirt or corrosion;
  • incorrect power connection or polarity reversal;
  • third-party interference or repair after our work.
