Delivery is carried out exclusively via Nova Poshta. Other delivery services are not used.

Warranty for the HELIX 5.8 GHz antenna is 12 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer’s service center – BlueBird Tech.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

• Mechanical damage (impacts, drops, immersion in liquid, casing deformation, etc.);
• Improper or careless handling of the device;
• Violation of operating, transportation, or storage requirements;
• Unauthorized modification or tampering with the device structure.

The company processes returns and exchanges in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Return terms

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt (for goods of proper quality).

Return shipping is arranged in accordance with prior agreement.

According to applicable legislation, you may return or exchange a product of proper quality if:

• The product has not been used and shows no signs of use by the consumer, such as scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.
• The product is fully complete and the original factory packaging is preserved.
• The product retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.

You pay for the order in full and pick it up at the post office.
